Dear Mr and Mrs Barry,
I would like to thank you as we had such a lovely time staying at your house.  The house was perfect for our needs and slept all nine of us easily.  Plenty of bathrooms so no long queues for getting ready.  It was well equipped so that cooking for everyone was straightforward.  The location was just perfect for the supermarket and the centre of town as it was all within walking distance.  The area was nice and quiet too, no noises at night so we slept well.  Your file of information/instructions and maps and leaflets was also really useful.  Having wifi was brilliant as everyone needed to keep up with their e mails.  We really appreciated the fact that you had fresh milk, ground coffee and bottled water already at the house as that saved us having to go out again on the day that we arrived, so that we could just relax after our long journey from Plymouth. 
This was the first time that we rented a house for a holiday, and I am so glad it was such a wonderful experience.  Thank you for being so friendly and welcoming.  I would happily recommend your accommodation to anyone going to that area.
