3. Check-in is normally 4pm-6pm. For special requirements, please arrange in advance. Check-out is no later than 10am.

4) A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required at point of booking with balance due 4 weeks in advance of stay

  • Minimum booking and booking periods as priced above.
  • Bookings within 4 weeks to be paid in full,
  • Please leave Richmond House clean and tidy on departure – cleaning materials are supplied for this.
  • All guests must register their names, addresses and email addresses, this is a legal requirement.

Short Breaks

Prices shown are for 3 nights commencing Saturday and the following Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. If your break commences on Thursday or Friday, the following Saturday price applies.

Additional nights
Additional nights are charged at one-seventh of the weekly price for the week in which the nights fall. Short breaks are available October-April inclusive - excluding Bank Holiday weeks and October half term. Between May-September only at short notice, from 2 weeks prior to dates wanted

The short break holiday can start on any day and can be from 3-6 nights. With extra nights charged at one sevenths of the weekly rate.
