Holiday Rental Terms & Conditions
Cottage holiiday lets in Suffolk
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house.
Pets considered; please contact us in advance as we have a pet code and small wear & tear charge
Check-in is 4pm. For special requirements, please arrange in advance. Check-out is no later than 10am.
The House must be left clean & tidy
non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required at point of booking with balance due 4 weeks in advance of stay

• Bookings within 4 weeks to be paid in full,
• A returnable deposit of £100 against damage
• All guests must register their names and addresses, this is a legal requirement
• For guests requiring a cleaning service either during or prior to departure, a £30 fee is charged

Full week Breaks: Price periods are Saturday to Saturday

Short Breaks: Prices shown are for 2 & 3 nights; a surcharge of £25 will be charged if the short break
falls across Friday & Saturday night.

Additional Nights: Are charged at one-seventh of the weekly price for the week in which the
nights fall. .

2 Night Specials: Now offering 2 night no frills special from £400.

March: 4 nights Offer: Book any 4 consecutive nights in March for just £500.

Additional Services: Cleaning, shopping and baby-sitting are available;
Whole house clean £30, baby-sitting £5 per hour & £10 per shopping trip.
