Richmond House holiday let is located on Kings Hill in the river Stour Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, whose ancient water meadows still provide ample opportunities for fishing, boating and walking. John Constable's great paintings of the working life of the River has given the valley the tag of 'Constable Country'. The River Stour Trust is restoring the waterway to make it again navigable from Sudbury to the sea.
